What's Expected
Straightforward, no surprises.
- 4–6 hours a month.
- Monthly meetings at first, then quarterly.
- Serve on at least one committee.
- Contribute or help raise an annual amount the board sets together.
- Bring honest counsel — pushback is part of the job.
